Именно поэтому в архитектуре здания просматривается сочетание средиземноморского стиля с восточными мотивами. Конструктивно проект представляет собой 3-х этажное здание П-образной конфигурации с мансардой. | Панорамное фасадное остекление - неотъемлемый элемент современного архитектурного стиля, что создает в помещениях атмосферу близости к природе. Живописность местности и красота крымской природы послужили идее широкого применения данного вида отделки в оформлении фасада.
Эскизный проект разрабатывался дизайн студией "Пятый Радиус", г. Москва.
Рабочее проектирование велось проектной организацией ООО НПП "Академия", г. Харьков
